The Spirit of Scotland is more than a tour — it’s a carefully curated experience that combines the regenerative power of nature, the grounding practice of daily yoga, and the profound connection of shared stories. From the timeless streets of Edinburgh to the sacred tranquility of Iona Island, every moment is thoughtfully planned to inspire empowerment, foster lifelong bonds, and celebrate strength.

The journey includes exploring the vibrant streets of Edinburgh, visits to Stirling Castle and The Highland Chocolatier, and a breathtaking ride on the iconic Jacobite Steam Train — known to many as the Hogwarts Express. On the Isle of Skye, the Fairy Pools and rugged cliffs will stir your spirit. Morning yoga sessions, set against awe-inspiring backdrops, will offer daily moments of reflection and gratitude.

In Oban, the group will set out for the serene Iona Island, long celebrated as a place of healing and spiritual renewal. Guided meditation, journaling, and quiet contemplation at the Sacred Isle of Women will deepen the sense of purpose and connection.

The journey winds back through the grandeur of Glencoe, culminating in a celebratory farewell banquet in Edinburgh where new friendships and unforgettable memories will be honored.

Guests will enjoy boutique accommodations, most meals, private transportation, expert guides, and the support of a dedicated wellness facilitator. Group size is limited to no more than 15 participants to ensure an intimate, supportive environment.
